Services
Every organization is different. After a free 30-minute call, you get a clear written proposal tailored to your scope and budget. Monthly work is defined as clear deliverables you own, never a vague retainer.
1. Nonprofit Operations Setup
One-time project
Written standard operating procedures (volunteer hours, billing, grants or other key processes); a shared task tracker or dashboard in Google Sheets; cleanup and reconciliation of billing or payment records.
2. Grant Support
Per application or hourly
Finding grants that fit; writing the application; project budget; gathering required documents; a deadline calendar. Flat or hourly fee only — never a percentage of the award.
3. Website Care
Monthly, written deliverables
A set list of monthly deliverables: updates and fixes; new content and photos; events and program pages; web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and basic SEO (titles, descriptions, Google listing).
4. Ads & Reporting
Monthly, written deliverables
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads setup or ongoing management; budget control; weekly or daily performance reports in plain language. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta.
5. Operations Partner
Monthly, written deliverables
A steady extra pair of hands combining operations, grant deadlines, website updates and reporting, with a monthly check-in, a set block of hours, and a written list of what gets done.
Digital & E-Commerce Operations
Custom scope
Support for online sales and customer communication: e-commerce setup, product listings, and authorized business messaging workflows (including WhatsApp Business Platform) operated on behalf of business clients.
